“My name is Francesca, Event manager and CEO of Paulicelli. I am a creative woman and, just like all creative people, I can ‘see beyond’ and imagine projects that anticipate future trends. In my company, I love working with designers and architects able to transform their projects into luminous artefacts. I find that lighting and design are a perfect match and, from this idea of mine, the project “Paulicelli Collection” came into being. If I had to describe my new brand in just eight words, they would be: High Quality, Impact, Exclusivity, Vision, Colour, Apulia, and then imagination left free to express itself. That same creativity of mine which, as an entrepreneur, I had to limit, opting for simplicity instead, perhaps out of fear. As a fashion lover, for the first “Paulicelli Collection” I thought of associating luminarie with fine fabrics and traditional wood, without neglecting the “Made in Italy” concept that will always be steady. “Paulicelli Collection” is the coming true of a dream of mine… and will certainly not be the last one! Those who know Paulicelli know that we are an Apulian, artisanal, Made in Italy company with a history over 100 years long. A company that treads in the wake of family tradition while evolving. Driven by the passion that we have always used to create artefacts for events of all kinds, everywhere in the world, today we are aiming for a completely new project. I have decided to dare myself by taking the company towards a new direction: diversifying and, more than anything else, innovating the traditional luminaria. Its name is “Paulicelli Collection”, a brand that balances innovation and tradition and fully conveys the bond between past and future”
